Introduction

The Five Wings Art Council is one of eleven designated Regional Arts Councils in Minnesota who provide grants and services to nonprofit arts organizations and individual artists on a regional basis.   Five Wings provides services to Cass, Crow Wing, Morrison, Todd, and Wadena Counties.  Funding for these services are provided by the Minnesota State Legislature, The McKnight Foundation, and other private sources.

Our Mission

The Five Wings Arts Council encourages and promotes arts creation, appreciation, and education through grant programs and technical assistance to enhance the quality of life for Minnesota residents in Cass, Crow Wing, Morrison, Todd, and Wadena Counties.

 The Five Wings Arts Council is located within the North Central Service Center on Hwy 10 West in Staples, MN.  Office Hours are Monday - Friday 9 am - 4:30 pm.
