Submit an Arts Event
Are you an arts organization that is planning a fun community arts event? Or an artist with a gallery exhibit coming up? Submit an event to be added to our calendar, and we’ll do our best to add your event in additional promotion in our newsletter and social media pages. Individual artists offering classes, workshops, or other arts-related events are also encouraged to submit an event.

Add a description, upload an image (be sure it is set to “Anyone with the link can view”) and make sure the date and time details are accurate. Your event will automatically appear on our Arts Calendar once it’s saved! Otherwise, please fill out the form below.
Do you already have an event scheduled in your own Google Calendar? No problem! You can still get your event listed on the Five Wings Arts Calendar in one easy step:
Open your existing event, and add this address in the “Add guests” field:

That’s it! Your event will automatically be added to the public calendar.
