All residents of the region are encouraged to comment on the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Five Wings Art Council plan intended for use for community arts development in the region. The biennial plan outlines how FWAC will prioritize resources for the next two years. The plan's goals and outcomes are based on the feedback we received from responses to our 2022 Needs Assessment Survey, in-person interviews with regional artists and arts organizations, and statewide data related to the impact of COVID-19 on the arts.
