Arts Off 84
Art’s Off 84 mission is to promote works of local artists and provide an art presence to the Pine River, Longville, and surrounding areas. This juried event features high-end art forms as well as quality handcrafted items.

Music in the Park | Cuyuna Lakes Chamber of Commerce

The Lakes Area Music Festival connects the nation’s best performers and audiences through excellent classical music and inspiring education.

Lakes Bluegrass Festival
The Lakes Bluegrass Festival presents nationally known, regional, and local bluegrass bands, that provide over 40 hours of professional main-stage entertainment, hands-on workshops, jam sessions, dance, and more during a five-day musical event in picturesque Pine River, Minnesota. The event is hosted and sponsored by the Pine River Area Foundation (PRAF) a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. The mission of the Pine River Area Foundation (PRAF) is to support, promote, and enhance the economic environment and quality of life of the greater Pine River area. Our vision is to enhance opportunities for artistic presentations, and growth in an underserved community, while celebrating diversity and encouraging cross-demographic collaboration. The festival is held at the new Lakes Music and Events Park at 2591 N. Bluegrass Blvd SW, Backus, MN  56435, less than one mile north of the old location at the Cass County Fairgrounds in Pine River. 

Ethnic Fest in Walker, MN
Entertainment from around the world! Three stages of music fill the city with multicultural sounds. Food and craft vendors line the streets of Walker. Family entertainment and interactive activities are held throughout the day. Celebrated yearly in September.

Green Fair Folk Festival
The Green Fair Folk Festival is a free family-friendly event that promotes a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. Often featuring exhibitors with organic foods, renewable energy, green building, recycled/green art, fashion, eco-gifts, earth-friendly products, holistic health, and more!

Her Voice, Her Song | Staples Area
The Staples Area Women’s Chorus is a talented group of women from Staples and surrounding areas that bring beautiful music to the community.

Little Falls Arts and Crafts Fair


Music in the Park | Long Prairie Chamber of Commerce
Long Prairie’s Thursday Night at the Park Concert Series runs from June 10 – August 11 for the 2022 season. Performances are held on the street between the Veteran’s Memorial and the Christie House Museum located at the intersection of Central Ave and 1st St South. Concerts are FREE and all ages are welcome. Bring your lawn chair and enjoy the performances.

Sounds of Spirit Lake
Free summer outdoor concerts are offered by “Sounds of Spirit Lake,” a committee that grew out of the recent University of Minnesota Business Retention & Expansion Study conducted by the City of Menahga. The committee was awarded a Community Arts Access Grant by the Five Wings Arts Council which will assist the committee in reaching the goals of bringing free cultural events to the community, promoting Menahga as a destination for quality cultural events, and meeting local business concerns with an influx of visitors.

Real Men Sing | Staples Area Men’s Chorus
The Staples Area Men’s Chorus's mission is to provide a high-quality and diverse choral experience for singers and audiences of all ages in Central Minnesota.

Salsa Fest
The Minnesota Salsa Festival is a one-day event held in the waning days of summer. Attendees of all ages enjoyed an eclectic mix of original and traditional music from regional artists in a festival atmosphere intermixed with numerous artisan and farmer vendors selling their wares and produce.

Whiskey Creek Film Festival
An annual film festival that encompasses a few simple rules: offer good films in their current theatrical release, often films we would otherwise not be able to see outside of non-metropolitan Minnesota and bring the theater arts to the community.

Northwoods Art & Book Festival
The mission of the Northwoods Arts Council (NAC) is to provide education, arts enrichment, and economic development in North Central Minnesota via visual, performing, and literary arts.
